Molybdenum Oil

Spectrum Sciences Molybdenum Oil is a topical serum supplying the critical nutrient, molybdenum. This element is needed to produce an essential cofactor called molybdenum-cofactor, also known as MOCO.   MOCO is involved in sulfur metabolism and may also contribute to activation of vitamin B2 to one of its most prevalent forms in the body, flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD).

In the B12 Protocol, addition of molybdenum is part of the second step involved in the activation of Vitamin B12. The body needs an adequate supply of molybdenum on a daily basis for this effect on Vitamin B2 status.
