Order Fulfillment

When payment has been verified, your order will be fulfilled according to the shipping option you have chosen, usually within 1-2 business days.  In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may extend the fulfillment time.

In the instance that the shipping option you selected is no longer available, a reasonable replacement method will be chosen or you will be contacted with an option for refund of your order.

You order may be upgraded to expedited shipping at no additional cost depending on real-time shipping rates.  Our goal is to provide the best overall service.

Delivery Speed

Please note that delivery speed of the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout is advertised by the courier.  Spectrum Sciences has no control over delivery speed once the order has been shipped and therefore cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.  Our couriers do not guarantee delivery dates on shipping labels purchased below their advertised retail rates.

Customer Address & Deliverability

Your order will be shipped to the address you enter at checkout. By placing an order, you represent that the address is correct, complete, and an active delivery location (such as a residence or business with a responsible recipient).

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable address (including PO boxes, hotels, storage facilities where the carrier is unable to complete delivery, or any other Third Party), or if it is held, lost, or discarded by a Third Party, you will be responsible for any additional shipping or handling fees required to resend the order to a corrected address, or for the full value of the inventory if the package cannot be returned or replaced.

Return‑shipping labels and reshipment costs, or the value of any lost inventory, will be charged to you, either as an additional invoice or as a separate payment request, before the order is resent or replaced.

International Orders and Import Charges

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country’s customs authorities or carrier upon delivery. These charges are determined by the laws and customs policies of the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping label cost unless explicitly stated at checkout. We do not control, calculate, or collect these fees unless expressly provided otherwise. Any such fees, taxes, or charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer upon delivery or release of the shipment.
