Spectrum Sciences Activated B12 Oil is a topical serum supplying the critical nutrient, Vitamin B12.

In the B12 Protocol, addition of Activated B12 is typically preceded by supporting the thyroid with Iodide and Selenium and supporting the methylation cycle with Molybdenum and Vitamin B2. These cofactors help the body recycle Vitamin B12 so that it can further support methylation and healthy mitochondria.
