The organic acid test is a urine test used to look at different aspects of the metabolism, especially those pertaining to mitochondrial function.  The functional status of several B vitamins can be inferred from these results.  This test panel provides a useful way of monitoring progress while on The B12 Protocol and can give insight into current dosing of the individual components.

This purchase includes one organic acid test kit along with a results report from Mosaic Diagnostics.  For US orders, this price also includes drop-shipping along with return shipping on the collected specimen. International customers pay an additional fee based on country that includes drop shipping and return shipping on the collected specimen.

Results will be forwarded in approximately 2-3 weeks from the time the lab receives your sample.

**The lab guarantees USA customers repeat kit collection and return shipping in the case of specimen rejection by the lab.  However, international customers need to be aware that in the rare case the lab decides to reject the sample (possible reasons include dilute urine specimen, leak in transit, sample in transit for more than five days, or any other specimen quality issue), you will be required to recollect the specimen and ship a new sample.  The OAT purchase cost is guaranteed in this situation, but the additional shipping fee would be the responsibility of the customer unless the sample was rejected due to courier liability.  Given the expense of express international shipping of biological specimen, it is very important that the collection and return mailing instructions are followed exactly to avoid any issues with the sample and transit time.  If you are not comfortable with this risk, do not purchase this item.
